Your home should tell the story of who you are, and be a collection of what you love.

Hi, I’m Cameron, the person behind Nest & Nook. I was born and raised in Washington state and now live in the beautiful Bellingham area. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been drawn to design and interiors, I was the type of child who reorganized every cabinet I could reach and even gave my parents styling advice (a little too confidently, and far too early). That love for shaping spaces has only grown stronger with time.

For me, design is about transformation, balance, and the little details that make life more comfortable and meaningful. I believe a space should be beautiful, yes, but more importantly it should be personal and functional. Functionality looks different for everyone, we each have unique rhythms, habits, and ways we use our spaces. My goal is always to center design around usability just as much as aesthetics, because the smallest thoughtful detail can make the biggest impact.

I also hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology, which deeply shapes how I approach my work. I think a lot about how environments, visuals, and systems influence our emotions and well-being. A well-designed space lowers stress, lifts mood, and makes everyday life more enjoyable.

Trends may come and go, but authenticity — creating a space that feels like you — is timeless.

Whether I’m building a brand, reimagining a room, or organizing a cupboard, I find joy in every stage of the process. Outside of projects, you’ll usually find me thrifting for funky furniture, at estate sales, or relaxing with a movie or music while visualizing the next idea.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look at my work, it truly means a lot to me.
